| Zusammenfassung: | To provide oil-in-water milky cosmetics capable of blending a variety of oily raw materials, and exhibiting superior stability over time.SOLUTION: Oil-in-water milky cosmetics contain the following (a)-(c), where the average and median diameters of the emulsified particles are less than 1.0 μm: (a) polyquaternium-61, (b) oil-based raw material in liquid form, and (c) water. The inventive constitution can provide oil-in-water milky cosmetics with superior stability over time. When the inventive cosmetics are applied in a form free of surfactants except polyquaternium-61, they act as so-called surfactant-free milky cosmetics, capable of conveying to consumers a sense of low irritation for skin and hair.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】 広範な油性原料を配合することができ、経時安定性に優れる水中油滴型白濁化粧料を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 下記（ａ）～（ｃ）を含有し、乳化粒子の平均径および中位径が１．０μｍ未満である水中油滴型白濁化粧料；（ａ）ポリクオタニウム－６１、（ｂ）液状の油性原料、（ｃ）水。本発明によれば、経時的な乳化安定性に優れる水中油滴型白濁化粧料を得ることができる。本発明を、ポリクオタニウム－６１以外の界面活性剤を配合しない態様で実施する場合には、いわゆる界面活性剤フリーな白濁化粧料として、皮膚や毛髪等に低刺激な印象を消費者に訴求することができる。【選択図】 図７ |
