PASSENGER ANALYSIS SYSTEM AND PASSENGER ANALYSIS METHOD

To provide railroad companies with estimating a result regarding preference of passengers regarding movement route, especially regarding selective preference of a train type, by utilizing ticket gate passing data collected and accumulated by each railroad company and time table data.SOLUTION: A passenger analysis system 105 in a route operated by a plurality of train types from a departure station to a destination station, is configured to: compare a result of movement route search with entrance time at a departure station 1 as a base point and result of movement route search with exit time at an arrival station 2 as a base point; determine the route used by the passenger when comparison of the results of the movement route searches are different from each other; and estimate preference of the passengers from the route (by train types).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】各鉄道事業者が収集、蓄積している改札通過データや時刻表データを活用して、旅客の移動経路に関する嗜好、特に列車種別の選択嗜好性について推定した結果を鉄道事業者に提供する。【解決手段】本発明の出発駅から到着駅まで複数の列車種別が運行されている路線における旅客分析システム１０５は、出発駅１の入場時刻を基点とした移動経路探索の結果と到着駅２の出場時刻を基点とした移動経路探索の結果とを比較し、移動経路探索の結果の比較が異なる場合に旅客が利用した経路を判定し、経路（列車種別）から旅客の嗜好を推定するようにした。【選択図】 図１
