Zusammenfassung:To provide a technology for controlling a moving object, which prevents the moving object from erroneously detecting a step and enables the moving object to travel stably.SOLUTION: A moving object control system 1 includes: a first distance sensor 8 fixed to the front side of a moving object 2 traveling on a floor surface 20 in the traveling direction, and measures the distance to the floor surface 20; a second distance sensor 9 fixed to the front side of the moving object 2 and behind the first distance sensor 8, and measures the distance to the floor surface 20; and one or more computers 10 that control the traveling of the moving object 2. The computer 10 is configured to calculate a difference D1 between the distances to the floor surface 20 measured by the first distance sensor 8 and the second distance sensor 9 during traveling of the moving object 2, determine whether the difference D1 is equal to or greater than a preset difference threshold, and perform control to stop the moving object 2 when it is determined that the difference D1 is equal to or greater than the difference threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】走行体が段差を誤検出してしまうことを抑制し、走行体が安定して走行を行うことができる走行体制御技術を提供する。【解決手段】走行体制御システム1は、床面20を走行する走行体2の進行方向の前方側に固定され、床面20までの距離を測定する第1距離センサ8と、走行体2の前方側かつ第1距離センサ8よりも後方側に固定され、床面20までの距離を測定する第2距離センサ9と、走行体2の走行を制御する1つ以上のコンピュータ10と、を備え、コンピュータ10は、走行体2の走行中に、第1距離センサ8および第2距離センサ9で測定したそれぞれの床面20までの距離の差分D1を算出し、差分D1が予め設定された差分閾値以上であるか否かを判定し、差分D1が差分閾値以上であると判定した場合に走行体2を停止する制御を行う、ように構成されている。【選択図】図1
