To appropriately activate a load when resuming power supply from a storage battery.SOLUTION: A power supply control device 3 comprises: a state notifier 32 which notifies a load of a quality of a state of charge of a storage battery 2; and a power supply controller 33 which switches supply and supply stop of power from the storage battery 2 to the load. In a case where the state of charge is below a predetermined first reference, the state notifier 32 notifies the load of a defective state of charge and, on the other hand, in a case where the state of charge exceeds a second reference which is higher than the first reference, notifies the load of a satisfactory state of charge.
