The segment 20 integrally includes a first arc-shaped part 21 extending in the bearing peripheral direction, a second arc-shaped part 22 separated from the first arc-shaped part in a roller axial direction and extending in the bearing peripheral direction, and a plurality of pillar parts 23 laid between the first arc-shaped part 21 and the second arc-shaped part 22. On the outer diameter side of the pillar parts 23 forming pockets 16, claw portions 24 are provided for contacting rollers to restrict the movement of the rollers to the outer diameter side. Out of the plurality of pillar parts 23 of the segment 20, two pillar parts located at both peripheral ends are first pillar parts 231 and the pillar parts located between the two first pillar parts are second pillar parts 232, and recessed portions 40 are provided in the inner diameter faces of the second pillar parts 232, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】ポケットでの潤滑性と保持器の強度とを両立したころ軸受を提供する。【解決手段】 保持器17は、複数の樹脂製のセグメント20を軸受周方向に並べることで形成される。セグメント20は、軸受周方向に延びる第一弧状部21と、第一弧状部からころ軸方向に離間すると共に、軸受周方向に延びる第二弧状部22と、第一弧状部21と第二弧状部22の間に介在する複数の柱部23とを一体に備える。ポケット16を形成する柱部23の外径側に、ころと接触して当該ころの外径側への移動を規制する爪部24が設けられる。セグメント20の複数の柱部23のうち、周方向両端に位置する2つの柱部を第一柱部231とし、2つの第一柱部の間に位置する柱部を第二柱部232として、第二柱部232の内径面に凹部40を設ける。【選択図】図2 |
