Zusammenfassung:To inhibit deterioration of welding quality in resistance welding.SOLUTION: A resistance welding device welds a plurality of laminated to-be-welded members 101, 102 by pressurizing a workpiece 100 that comprises the plurality of to-be-welded members and supplying electric power to the workpiece. The resistance welding device includes an electrode 2 configured to abut on the workpiece, pressurize the workpiece, and supply electric power to the workpiece. The electrode is provided with: a refrigerant passage 26 extending in a center axis direction of the electrode at a center part in a radial direction; and slits 41 to 44 that communicate with the refrigerant passage, are open on an outer peripheral surface of the electrode, and extend in a circumferential direction on a plane that intersects the central axis direction.
