Zusammenfassung:To provide a bearing wall in which a joint structure or a connection structure yields first when stress is applied to the bearing wall to prevent deformation, embedment, or cracking of a bearing wall surface material.SOLUTION: A bearing wall 11 is used in mid- to high-rise wooden, steel-framed, reinforced concrete, or SRC buildings. In the bearing wall, a bearing wall frame 14 consisting of a column frame 12 and a beam frame 13, or consisting of upper and lower beam frames, and one or more bearing wall surface materials 16 arranged with a specified gap 15 inside the bearing wall frame are joined via a joint structure 17 for pre-yielding. The multiple bearing wall surface materials are connected together via a connection structure 18 for pre-yielding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1-1 【課題】耐力壁に対して応力が生じたときに、接合構造部又は連結構造部が先行降伏して、耐力壁面材に変形、めり込み、割裂が生じない耐力壁を提供する。【解決手段】中高層木造、鉄骨造、RC造、SRC造の建築物に用いる耐力壁11であって、耐力壁は、柱フレーム12と梁フレーム13とからなる、又は上下の梁フレームからなる耐力壁フレーム14と、耐力壁フレームの内側に所定の隙間15を空けて設けられる一枚の又は複数枚の耐力壁面材16とを、先行降伏させるための接合構造部17を介して接合し、複数枚の耐力壁面材同士は、先行降伏させるための連結構造部18を介して連結した構成である。【選択図】図1-1
