To enable appropriately evaluating an environment condition of an environment in which a predetermined person operates.SOLUTION: An environment condition evaluation system comprises: an acquisition unit that acquires pulse wave data measuring a pulse wave of a person operating in a predetermined environment; an environment condition determination unit that determines an environment condition of the environment from the pulse wave data; and a notification unit that notifies a predetermined notification destination of information of the environment condition.
