MANUFACTURING OF ABRASIVE MATERIAL FOR BLAST PROCESSING AND BLAST PROCESSING METHOD OF RESIN FILM

To remove an abrasive material that remains and is difficult to be removed such as fine powder of the abrasive material sticking into a resin film after blast processing.SOLUTION: An abrasive material for blast processing is obtained by drying water solution (water glass) of sodium silicate (Na2O, nSiO2) and pulverizing a solidified matter whose moisture content is adjusted to equal to or less than 20 wt.% to obtain powder. Blast processing is performed on a resin film by using the manufactured abrasive material for blast processing and the abrasive material remained in the resin film that has been subjected to the blast processing is dissolved and removed by water or solution.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】ブラスト加工後の樹脂フィルムに研磨材の微細粉末が、突き刺さるなど残留し、除去困難な研磨材を除去する。【解決手段】珪酸ナトリウム（Ｎａ２Ｏ・ｎＳｉＯ２）の水溶液（水ガラス）を乾燥し、含水分量を２０重量％以下に調整した固化物を粉砕し、粉末にすることによりブラスト加工用の研磨材を得る。製造されたブラスト加工用の研磨材を用いて樹脂フィルムにブラスト加工を施し、ブラスト加工を施された樹脂フィルムに残留している研磨材を水又は水溶液により溶解除去する。【選択図】図１
