Zusammenfassung: | To provide a latent catalyst excellent in storage stability.SOLUTION: A method for producing a latent catalyst includes the steps of: obtaining an oil-in-water emulsion which contains an internal oil phase and an aqueous phase, the internal oil phase containing an organic borate salt; membrane-emulsifying an oil-in-water emulsion, an external oil phase, and a (meth)acrylate-based polymer compound which has a hydrophobic portion and a hydrophilic portion and which has a bifunctional or higher (meth)acryloyloxy group, using porous glass to obtain an O/W/O emulsion; adding a water-soluble polymerization initiator to the O/W/O emulsion to polymerize the (meth)acrylate-based polymer compound, thereby obtaining an encapsulated resin particle precursor in which droplets of the oil-in-water emulsion are coated with a (meth)acrylic resin; and removing volatile components from the encapsulated resin particle precursor to obtain encapsulated resin particles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】保存安定性に優れる潜在性触媒を提供する。【解決手段】内油相及び水相を含み、内油相に有機ボレート塩が含まれる水中油型エマルションを得る工程と、水中油型エマルションと、外油相と、疎水部及び親水部を有し2官能以上の(メタ)アクリロイルオキシ基を有する(メタ)アクリレート系高分子化合物とを多孔質ガラスを用いて膜乳化し、O/W/O型エマルションを得る工程と、O/W/O型エマルションに水溶性重合開始剤を添加し(メタ)アクリレート系高分子化合物を重合させ、水中油型エマルションの液滴が(メタ)アクリル樹脂によって被覆されたカプセル化樹脂粒子前駆体を得る工程と、カプセル化樹脂粒子前駆体から揮発性成分を除去しカプセル化樹脂粒子を得る工程とを含む、潜在性触媒の製造方法である。【選択図】図1 |
