Zusammenfassung:To improve the durability of a stopper section of a lever of a vehicle door opening regulation mechanism.SOLUTION: A vehicle door opening regulation mechanism 100 is configured to regulate door opening by bringing a metal plate 2 and an end face 5a of a stopper section 5 on the side of a base end in a lever longitudinal direction in a lever 1 which is made of resin m into contact with a case 10. The plate 2 includes a buried section 2a and a protruding section 2b which protrudes to the outside from a tip in the lever longitudinal direction of the stopper section 5. The protruding section 2b is bent along a surface 521 which is opposite the end surface 5a of the stopper section 5 in the lever longitudinal direction, and holds the stopper section 5 from the tip in the level longitudinal direction. A lever manufacturing method for manufacturing the lever 1 includes: forming an intermediate body of the lever 1 by ejecting resin between a metal mold and a surface of a part of the plate 2 which corresponds to the buried section 2a in the intermediate body; and, after forming the intermediate body of the lever 1, bending a part corresponding to the protruding section 2b to produce the lever 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】車両用ドア開度規定機構のレバーのストッパ部の耐久性を向上させる。【解決手段】車両用ドア開度規定機構100は、金属製のプレート2及び樹脂mからなるレバー1のストッパ部5のレバー長手方向基端側の端面5aをケース10に当接させることによりドア開度を規定する。プレート2は、埋設部2aと、ストッパ部5のレバー手方向先端から外部に突出する突出部2bとからなる。突出部2bは、ストッパ部5のレバー長手方向について端面5aと反対側の面521に沿うように屈曲し、ストッパ部5をレバー長手方向先端側から保持している。レバー1を製造するレバー製造方法は、プレート2の中間体における埋設部2aに相当する部分の表面と金型との間に樹脂を射出することによってレバー1の中間体を成形し、レバー1の中間体を成形した後に、突出部2bに相当する部分を折り曲げることにより、レバー1を製造する。【選択図】図3
