Zusammenfassung: | To provide a gas-liquid separator capable of sufficiently separating a liquid from an object fluid.SOLUTION: High temperature drain being generated in high pressure and having a temperature of higher than 100 degrees Celsius flows in from an inflow port 25 into atmospheric pressure in a flash tank 2. A stored drain 70 is instantly re-evaporated and flash steam is generated. The flash steam strongly flows over along an arrowhead 91 direction from the lower part of a tank chamber 23 to an upper part and is swirled by being introduced by swirl vanes 45 of a cyclone separator 4. The drain is separated from the flash steam by the swirling. The droplets of the separated drain drop along an inner peripheral surface 47, flow on the inner peripheral surface of a tank body 20 and is mixed in the stored drain 70. Further, low pressure flash steam performed with gas-liquid separation rises in the arrowhead 91 direction from an upper opening 44, is fluidized and is sent out to a pipe L6 from a discharge port 29.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】対象流体から液体を十分に分離させることができる気液分離装置の提供。【解決手段】高圧下で発生した100度を超える高温のドレンが、流入口25からフラッシュタンク2内の大気圧中に流入し、貯留ドレン70は瞬時に再蒸発してフラッシュ蒸気を生じさせる。このフラッシュ蒸気は、タンク室23の下部から上部に向けて矢印91方向に沿って勢いよく流動し、サイクロンセパレータ4の旋回羽根45に導かれて旋回する。この旋回によってフラッシュ蒸気からドレンが分離し、分離したドレンの水滴は、内周面47を伝って滴下し、タンク本体20の内周面を流れて貯留ドレン70に混入する。また、気液分離された低圧のフラッシュ蒸気は上部開口44から矢印91方向に上昇して流動し、送出口29から配管L6に送り出される。【選択図】図2 |
