To provide a ceiling structure in which a member (support member) to be used is simple, and which can perform construction extremely easily.SOLUTION: A ceiling structure comprises: a holding member 2 including a horizontal support base part 21; and a ceiling material 1 including rising parts 12, 12' raised upward on the right and left of a surface plate part 11, support surface parts 13, 13' extending to the support base part 21 side from upper ends of the rising parts 12, 12' and placed on the support base part 21, and folding down parts 14, 14' in which tips of the support surface parts 13, 13' are folded down. On the support surface part 13, a roof structure is constructed on the ceiling material 1, and on the support base part 21 of the holding member 2, the support surface parts 13, 13' of the ceiling materials 1, 1 adjacent to each other on the right and left are connected in an overlapped manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】用いる部材（支持部材）が簡易で、しかも施工を極めて容易に行うことができる天井構造を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の天井構造は、水平状の支持台部２１を備える保持部材２と、面板部１１の左右に、上方へ立ち上げられた立上り部１２，１２'、該立上り部１２，１２'の上端から支持台部２１側へ延在して該支持台部２１上にて載置される支持面部１３，１３'、該支持面部１３，１３'の先端が折り下げられた折下げ部１４，１４'、を備える天井材１と、からなり、支持面部１３上には、天井材１上に屋根構造が施工され、保持部材２の支持台部２１上にて、左右に隣り合う天井材１，１の支持面部１３，１３'が重合状に接続されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
