Zusammenfassung:To form a coated film that have high adhesion and is excellent in boiling water resistance and hardness on a surface of glass, and to reduce a VOC discharge amount when the coated film is formed on the surface of the glass.SOLUTION: The thermosetting water-soluble coating composition for glass contains a main agent component, a curing agent component, a solvent component and a diluent component. The main agent component contains a water-soluble acrylic resin having a hydroxyl value of 10 mgKOH/g-100 mgKOH/g, and a coloring component. The curing agent component contains 10 pts.mass or more of a water-soluble melamine resin with respect to 100 pts. mass of the water-soluble acrylic resin. The solvent component contains a water-soluble solvent. The diluent component contains deionized water and a silane coupling agent. The silane coupling agent is 0.1 pts.mass to 5.0 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the total of the main agent component, the curing agent component and the solvent component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】密着性が高く、耐沸騰水性及び硬度に優れた塗膜をガラスの表面に形成し、塗膜をガラスの表面に形成する際のVOCの排出量を低減できる。【解決手段】この発明のガラス用熱硬化型水溶性塗料組成物は、主剤成分、硬化剤成分、溶剤成分、及び希釈剤成分を含むガラス用熱硬化型水溶性塗料組成物であって、前記主剤成分は、水酸基価10mgKOH/g~100mgKOH/gである水溶性アクリル樹脂、及び着色成分を含み、前記硬化剤成分は、前記水溶性アクリル樹脂100質量部に対して、10質量部以上の水溶性メラミン樹脂を含み、前記溶剤成分は、水溶性溶剤を含み、前記希釈剤成分は、脱イオン水及びシランカップリング剤を含み、前記シランカップリング剤は、前記主剤成分、前記硬化剤成分、及び前記溶剤成分の合計100質量部に対して、0.1質量部~5.0質量部である。【選択図】図1
