To provide a moving image distribution server capable of more effectively improving a motivation to social tipping of a viewer.SOLUTION: A moving image distribution server 3 is communicably connected with a moving image creator/distributor terminal 4 and a viewer terminal 5 via a network 100 and distributes a moving image, which is uploaded from the moving image creator/distributor terminal 4, to the viewer terminal 5.
