Zusammenfassung:	To provide a prescription assistance system, a program, and a data structure with which, when pharmacists, etc., dispense pharmaceuticals, it is possible to efficiently collect necessary information, and improve the quality of medicines and medicine information, while preventing prescription mistakes and securing the quality of medicines.SOLUTION: Provided is a prescription assistance system that assists pharmacists in dispensing medicines, and that comprises an information processing device, a receipt computer, an electronic drug history, a medicine database, and an information processing terminal device. The information processing device includes a preservation stability calculation unit, a side-effect occurrence rate calculation unit, and a display control unit. The preservation stability calculation unit acquires the temperature-humidity stability and light stability of prescribed medicines from the medicine database, and calculates the packaged preservation stability of medicines to be packaged. The side-effect occurrence rate calculation unit calculates a total side-effect rate that is the combined total of the side-effect occurrence rate of packaged medicines and side-effect occurrence rate of prescribed medicines. The display control unit displays the packaged preservation stability and the total side-effect occurrence rate, together with receipt computer information or electronic drug history.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】薬剤師等が調剤時に、必要な情報を効率よく収集し、調剤過誤や医薬品の品質が確保され、医薬品及び医薬品情報の質を向上させる調剤支援システム、プログラム及びデータ構造を提供する。【解決手段】薬剤師による医薬品を調剤を支援する調剤支援システムであって、情報処理装置と、レセプトコンピュータと、電子薬歴と、医薬品データベースと、情報処理端末装置と、を備える。情報処理装置は、保存安定性算出部と、副作用発生率算出部と、表示制御部とを備える。保存安定性算出部は、医薬品データベースから処方された医薬品の温湿度安定性と光安定性を取得し、分包対象の医薬品の分包保存安定性を算出する。副作用発生率算出部は、分包された医薬品の副作用発生率と調剤済みの医薬品の副作用発生率を合算した合算副作用率を算出する。表示制御部は、レセプトコンピュータの情報又は電子薬歴の情報と共に、分包保存安定性と合算副作用発生率を表示する。【選択図】図１
