Zusammenfassung:	To provide an information processing device capable of promptly proposing a travelable road from an overhead view of a road state.SOLUTION: An information processing device comprises: an acquisition unit for acquiring a satellite image, which is obtained by imaging the ground with an artificial satellite, regarding a target area based on disaster information; a detection unit for detecting obstacles on a road relating to travel of a vehicle on the basis of the satellite image acquired by the acquisition unit; and an output unit for outputting a road, in which no obstacle is detected by the detection unit, as a travelable road.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】道路状態を俯瞰的に見て、通行可能な道路を迅速に提案することができる情報処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】情報処理装置は、災害情報に基づく対象エリアについて、人工衛星が地上を撮影した衛星画像を取得する取得部と、前記取得部で取得した衛星画像に基づいて、車両の通行に関する道路上の障害を検出する検出部と、前記検出部で前記障害が検出されなかった道路を通行可能な道路として出力する出力部と、を有する。【選択図】図１
