Zusammenfassung:To generate revolving speed roughly the same as that of a first motor on a second motor after changing.SOLUTION: An actuator controller controls the driving of a second motor 400 instead of a first motor 300 using a first driving signal P1 capable of controlling the driving of the first motor 300. The actuator controller comprises a first controller 200 which outputs the first driving signal P1 and is capable of inputting rotary speed ω1 of the first motor 300 and can be connected with the first motor 300, and a second controller 100 which controls the driving of the second motor 400 based on motor current I2 and rotary speed ω2 corresponding the first driving signal P1 and torque of the second motor 400.
