BAG-MAKING FILLING/PACKAGING MACHINE

To provide a bag-making filling/packaging machine which can select a continuously working mode and an intermittently working mode in order for one machine to manufacture a bag-like packaging body constituted of a plurality of connected bag-like packaging bodied, while using a low-cost intermittent-type printing device and in which a structure of a packaging material supply part can be achieved simply with a saved space and at low cost.SOLUTION: A hand operation mechanism 60 equipped with a hand operation roller 61 that performs shuttle operation is arranged at a place closer to a downstream side in a feeding direction of a belt-like packaging material Fw than a printing device 4, in a packaging material supply part 2. Amounts of hand operation of the belt-like packaging material Fw which are two times of amounts of movement of the hand operation roller 61 by the shuttle operation are obtained on a hand operation passage Ws through which the belt-like packaging material Fw folded back from an intermittently feeding passage Ws is wound around the hand operation roller 61 and is extended. Even when a vertical type bag-making filling/packaging machine 1, as a continuously working machine or an intermittently working machine, manufactures a lengthy bag-like packaging body constituted of a plurality of connected bag-like packing bodies, amounts of hand operation can be obtained efficiently, although the hand operation mechanism 60 is structured compactly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】一台で、低価格の間欠式印字装置を使用しつつ複数の袋包装体が連なった連包袋包装体を製造するのに連続と間欠のいずれかの作動モードを選択可能であり、包装材供給部の構造が簡素で、省スペースで且つ低コストで実現される製袋充填包装機を提供する。【解決手段】包装材供給部２において、印字装置４よりも帯状包装材Ｆｗの送り方向下流側には、シャトル動作をする手繰りローラ６１を備える手繰り機構６０が配置されている。間欠送り経路Ｗｓから折り返された帯状包装材Ｆｗが手繰りローラ６１に巻き掛けられて延びる手繰り経路Ｗｐには、シャトル動作による手繰りローラ６１の移動量に対してその２倍の長さの帯状包装材Ｆｗの手繰り量が得られる。縦型製袋充填包装機１が連続機又は間欠機として複数の袋包装体が連なった長尺な連包袋包装体を製造する場合であっても、手繰り機構６０の構造がコンパクトでありながら効率の良い手繰り量が得られる。【選択図】図１
