Zusammenfassung:	To prevent a situation where a manufacturing process can no longer be assigned to an operation schedule of a machine.SOLUTION: A processor is included which can associate a manufacturing process for manufacturing products with a machine group including a plurality of machines capable of executing the manufacturing process, and in a case where the manufacturing process and the machine group are associated with each other, the manufacturing process is assigned to the operation schedule of any of the plurality of machine groups based on predefined conditions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 【課題】機材の稼働スケジュールへの製造工程の割り当てができなくなる事態を抑制する。【解決手段】プロセッサを備え、前記プロセッサは、製品を製造する製造工程と、当該製造工程を実行可能な複数の機材を含む機材群と、の関連付けが可能であり、前記製造工程と前記機材群とを関連付けた場合において、当該製造工程を、予め定められた条件に基づき、前記複数の機材のいずれかの稼働スケジュールに割り当てる。【選択図】図９
