METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PANEL STRUCTURE MADE OF COMPOSITE MATERIAL

To provide a method for manufacturing a panel structure made of a composite material which promotes deformation of continuous fibers in press molding, and suppresses occurrence of wrinkles and undulation in a molded article.SOLUTION: A panel structure 100 is molded by preparing a plurality of sheet materials S which contain continuous fibers and a matrix resin and have a dimension including a molding region SA and a molding outer region SB arranged outside the molding region, forming a plurality of slits T in the molding outer region SB of at least one sheet material S, laminating the plurality of sheet materials S to form a laminate 10, press molding the laminate 10 to form a molding, and then removing a part corresponding to the molding outer region SB from the molding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】プレス成形時の連続繊維の変形を促し、成形品にしわやうねりが発生することを抑止した複合材料製パネル構造体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】連続繊維およびマトリクス樹脂を含む複数のシート材Ｓであって、成形体領域ＳＡと前記成形体領域の外側に配置される成形体外部領域ＳＢとを含む寸法を有する複数のシート材Ｓを準備し、少なくとも一つのシート材Ｓの成形体外部領域ＳＢに複数のスリットＴを形成し、複数のシート材Ｓを積層して積層体１０を形成し、積層体１０をプレス成形して成形体を形成したのち、当該成形体から成形体外部領域ＳＢに対応する部分を取り除いてパネル構造体１００を成形する。【選択図】図１
