POWER SUPPLY AND DEMAND CONTROL SYSTEM AND POWER SUPPLY AND DEMAND CONTROL METHOD

To make it possible to use equipment at consumers whose power consumption is difficult to control, as a resource for adjusting the supply and demand balance in a power grid.SOLUTION: A power supply and demand control system adjusts the supply and demand balance of a power grid using equipment at the consumer's site. The equipment includes general load equipment and a storage battery connected to the power grid, and a charge and discharge control device that controls the charging and discharging of the storage battery. A load monitoring control device that is communicatively connected to the general load equipment and the charge and discharge control device receives adjustment commands for the consumer's load from a power grid's supply and demand adjustment server, obtains measured values of the load at the consumer's receiving point, and controls the operation of the general load equipment such that the load becomes a target load of the adjustment command. The load monitoring control device also controls the charge and discharge control device to charge or discharge the storage battery so as to eliminate the difference between the load and the target load that cannot be eliminated by controlling the general load equipment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】需要家に存在する消費電力の制御が難しい設備を電力系統の需給バランスの調整のためのリソースとして利用できるようにする。【解決手段】電力需給制御システムは、需要家に存在する設備により電力系統の需給バランスを調整する。上記設備は、電力系統に接続する、一般負荷設備及び蓄電池と、上記蓄電池の充放電を制御する充放電制御装置と、を含む。一般負荷設備及び充放電制御装置と通信可能に接続する負荷監視制御装置は、電力系統の需給調整サーバから需要家の負荷の調整指令を受信し、需要家の受給点における負荷の計測値を取得し、負荷が調整指令の目標負荷になるように、一般負荷設備の動作を制御する。また、負荷監視制御装置は、充放電制御装置を制御することにより、一般負荷設備の制御では解消することができない負荷と目標負荷との差分が解消するように蓄電池を充電又は放電させる。【選択図】図６
