The main body part 1a comprises a xenon tube 130 for emitting light in order to irradiate a skin surface with the light, a reflecting plate 131 for reflecting a portion of the light emitted by the xenon tube 130 toward the irradiation part 2, and a filter 122 for cutting ultraviolet rays of the light emitted by the xenon tube 130 and the reflecting plate 131. Air passages 144 and 145 through which air flows in order to cool the xenon tube 130, the reflecting plate 131, and the filter 122 are provided around the reflecting plate 131 inside the main body part 1a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
