To provide a holder capable of saving space necessary for storing a pouch.SOLUTION: A holder (1) comprises: a first end (11) at which a holding part for holding a pour-out port of a content in a pouch is formed; a second end (12) opposed to the first end; a side part (13) extending so as to connect the first end (11) with the second end (12); and a hook (14) extending in a direction where a position of being separately apart from a side face and the side part (13) of the pouch is along the side face from the first end (11), in a state where a container is stored in the holder (1).
