The multiple heat dissipation plates 20 include multiple plates 21 that have multiple first tongue piece parts 23 and multiple second tongue piece parts 24. The multiple first tongue piece parts 23 have first root parts on one side in a second direction that intersects the first direction and protrude toward one side in the first direction in such a state that an outer peripheral part except for the first root parts is separated from the plate 21.
