To provide a sound proof heat radiation cover with improved heat radiation.SOLUTION: A sound proof heat radiation cover 1 for covering an object 2 includes: a sound proof heat radiation sheet 3 having a covering face 10 for covering a surface of the object 2 and a heat radiation face 11 on the opposite side of the covering face 10; and a reinforcement member 4 for covering the sound absorption heat radiation sheet 3 from a heat radiation face 11 side of the sound absorption heat radiation sheet. The sound proof heat radiation sheet 3 includes: a pair of first attaching parts 13; and a heat radiation area 14 formed between the pair of first attaching parts 13. A plurality of projections 15 arranged side by side at intervals are formed on the heat radiation face 11 of the heat radiation area 14 in the sound absorption heat radiation sheet 3. The reinforcement member 4 includes: a pair of second attaching parts 21 attached to the pair of first attaching parts 13; and a bridging part 22 for bridging the pair of second attaching parts 21 and having a plurality of through holes 31.
