The clamp unit 20 has a rotating member 21 that applies confined pressure in the thickness direction to the battery member, and a confined-pressure adjusting member 22 that performs adjustment so that variation in the thickness direction of the confined pressure is suppressed when the processing device 100 moves. The rotating member 21 has a first rotating member 21a and a second rotating member 21b whose rotating shaft directions are parallel to each other.
