Zusammenfassung:	To provide a method for recovering a carbon fiber, which can suitably neutralize a dissolving liquid that may remain in a fiber bundle after dissolving a resin material adhering to the fiber bundle of a CFRP material with the dissolving liquid.SOLUTION: A method for recovering a carbon fiber includes: a dissolving step of dissolving a resin material attached to a fiber bundle of CFRP material by using a dissolving solution; a dissolving solution removing step of removing at least a part of the dissolving solution from the fiber bundle containing the dissolving solution; and a neutralizing step of permeating the fiber bundle from which at least a part of the dissolving solution has been removed with a neutralizing solution to neutralize the dissolving solution remaining in the fiber bundle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】溶解液を用いてＣＦＲＰ材の繊維束に付着した樹脂材を溶解した後に繊維束中に残留し得る溶解液を好適に中和することができる炭素繊維回収方法を提供すること。【解決手段】炭素繊維回収方法は、溶解液を用いてＣＦＲＰ材の繊維束に付着した樹脂材を溶解する溶解工程と、溶解液を含液した繊維束から少なくとも一部の溶解液を除去する溶解液除去工程と、少なくとも一部の溶解液を除去した繊維束に中和液を浸透させて繊維束に残留した溶解液を中和する中和工程と、を有する。【選択図】図１
