VEHICULAR STATIC ELIMINATOR

To provide a vehicular static eliminator which can improve the steering stability of a vehicle by statically eliminating air ions electrified to a positive potential accumulated on the external surface of the vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicular static eliminator of this invention comprises a conductive terminal, provided on an external surface formation component having a non-conductive part which forms the external surface of a vehicle, and wiring for electrically connecting the conductive terminal with a negative terminal of a battery mounted in a vehicle, or an earth part of a vehicle, to make air ions of positive potential accumulated on the external surface of the vehicle flow to the negative terminal or the earth part through the wiring from the conductive terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】車両の外表面に蓄積する正電位に帯電した空気イオンを除電して、車両の操舵安定性を向上させることができる車両用除電装置を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の車両用除電装置は、車両の外表面を形成する非導電性部位を有した外表面形成部品に設けられた導電性端子と、車両に搭載されたバッテリの負極端子、または、車両のアース部分に、導電性端子を電気的に接続するための配線と、を備え、車両の外表面に蓄積する正電位の空気イオンを、導電性端子から配線を通して、負極端子またはアース部分に流す。【選択図】図１
