Zusammenfassung:To provide a bearing device that does not dispose a measurement unit near a rotating member when supporting the rotating member by a rolling bearing and more accurately measure displacement of a radial direction or displacement of an axial direction of the rotating member.SOLUTION: A bearing device includes a displacement measurement unit that supports a rotating member by a fixing member via a rolling bearing, and measures displacement in a radial direction or displacement in an axial direction of the rotating member by supplying a compressed gas to a measured gap between the rotating member and the fixing member around the rolling bearing. The displacement measurement unit includes: a displacement detection unit having a compressed gas discharge nozzle discharging a compressed gas to the measured gap; a pressure loss measurement unit measuring pressure loss of a compressed gas supplied to the displacement detection unit; and a restriction member (differential pressure adjustment unit) provided near the rotating member and between the pressure loss measurement unit and the displacement detection unit. A supply source of the compressed gas is connected to a pipeline for connecting a high-pressure side of the pressure loss measurement unit and the restriction member, and a low-pressure side of the pressure loss measurement unit is connected to a pipeline for connecting the displacement detection unit and the restriction member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】回転部材を転がり軸受で支持する場合に、回転部材の近傍に測定部を配置せず、且つ、回転部材のラジアル方向の変位またはアキシャル方向の変位を、より正確に測定することができる軸受装置を提供すること。【解決手段】軸受装置は、回転部材を転がり軸受を介して固定部材に支持し、前記回転部材のラジアル方向変位またはアキシャル方向変位を前記転がり軸受の周囲で前記回転部材と前記固定部材の間の被測定隙間に圧縮気体を供給して測定する変位測定部を備えている。前記変位測定部は、前記被測定隙間に圧縮気体を吐出する圧縮気体吐出ノズルを有する変位検出部と、前記変位検出部に供給する圧縮気体の圧力損失を測定する圧力損失測定部と、前記回転部材の近傍で且つ圧力損失測定部と前記変位検出部の間に設けられた絞り部材(差圧調整部)と、を備える。前記圧縮気体の供給源は、前記圧力損失測定部の高圧側と前記絞り部材とを繋ぐ管路に接続され、前記圧力損失測定部の低圧側は、前記変位検出部と前記絞り部材を繋ぐ管路に接続されている。【選択図】 図1
