To provide a technique (UE-to-UE relay) in which another terminal joins between terminal devices so as to support communication between the terminal devices.SOLUTION: In a communication system, a terminal device that communicates with a second terminal device via a first terminal device includes a receiving unit that receives sidelink transmission from the second terminal device to the first terminal device and a processing unit that measures sidelink reference signal received power (SL-RSRP) from the received sidelink transmission.
