Zusammenfassung:	To provide a processing apparatus, an endoscope apparatus, and a processing method capable of supporting an endoscopic inspection.SOLUTION: A processor 8P performs control to acquire a distance from a reference position on a travel path 10X of an endoscope 1 to the tip of the endoscope 1 traveling along the travel path 10X, to acquire a lapse time from the start of an inspection using the endoscope 1, to acquire event information being information on an event related with the inspection when the event occurs, and to associate and store the distance, the lapse time, and the event information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】内視鏡検査の支援が可能な処理装置、内視鏡装置、及び処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】プロセッサ８Ｐは、内視鏡１の移動経路１０Ｘ上の基準位置から移動経路１０Ｘに沿って移動する内視鏡１の先端までの距離である距離を取得し、内視鏡１を用いた検査の開始からの経過時間を取得し、この検査に関連するイベントが発生した場合にそのイベントの情報であるイベント情報を取得し、上記距離と上記経過時間と上記イベント情報とを関連付けて記憶する制御を行う。【選択図】図１
