Zusammenfassung:	To provide a topical composition that can alleviate itching and rashes on damp skin, such as in delicate areas.SOLUTION: A topical composition for delicate areas contains (A) at least one selected from the group consisting of ufenamate and salts thereof and (B) at least one selected from the group consisting of isopropylmethylphenol and salts thereof. Preferably, the topical composition should be an emulsion composition. More preferably, the topical composition should be an oil-in-water emulsion composition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】デリケートゾーンのように湿潤状態にある皮膚における痒みやかぶれを改善することができる外用組成物を提供する。【解決手段】（Ａ）ウフェナマート及びその塩からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも１種と、（Ｂ）イソプロピルメチルフェノール及びその塩からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも１種を含む、デリケートゾーン用外用組成物。この外用組成物は、乳化組成物であることが好ましく、水中油型乳化組成物であることがより好ましい。【選択図】図１
