Zusammenfassung:To provide an electro-optic device and an electronic apparatus, in which the risk of a display trouble is suppressed.SOLUTION: An electro-optic device includes a transmission region where light transmits, and a light-blocking region that surrounds the transmission region in a plan view and includes a main body part and an extension part extending from the main body part along a first direction.
