To realize the excellent operation sound when a motor is driven with a simple configuration in a vehicle slide door opening/closing device.SOLUTION: A vehicle slide door opening/closing device comprises: a drive unit 6 which can output power of a motor 20; and a guide unit 5 which has a power transmission member 10 capable of transmitting the power of the motor 20 output from the drive unit 6 to a slide door 3. The slide door 3 is automatically opened and closed by moving the power transmission member 10 by the power of the motor 20.
