RAILWAY VEHICLE BODY STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

To provide a railway vehicle with a structure capable of reinforcing a strength even when a side body structure is provided with a window of a display.SOLUTION: A railway vehicle 10 comprises a destination display 200 on a side body structure. The destination display 200 is held on the side structure body 40, and a destination display window 100 is bored in the side structure body 40 so as to enable viewing of the destination display 200 from outside the vehicle. The destination display window 100 includes a display window attaching frame 110 to which the destination display 200 is attached, a cover (holding frame 130) screw-fixed to the display window attaching frame 110, and a transmission member (window member 140) held between the holding frame 130 and the display window attaching frame 110 to be held.
