Zusammenfassung: | To provide a positive electrode composition for a lithium ion battery that contains a dispersant that has both conductive aid dispersion performance and potential resistance, and can provide a positive electrode for a lithium ion battery with excellent cell performance (electrical resistance, coulombic efficiency, capacity retention rate).SOLUTION: A positive electrode composition for a lithium ion battery includes a positive electrode active material, a binder resin, a conductive aid, and a dispersant, the dispersant is a condensation polymer containing an unsaturated fatty acid (a1), a dicarboxylic acid (a2) and a polyetheramine (a3) as essential constituent monomers, the weight average molecular weight of the dispersant is 2,500 to 10,000, the weight percentage of the positive electrode active material is 78 to 97 weight% based on the solid weight of the positive electrode composition for the lithium ion battery, the weight percentage of the binder resin is 1 to 20 weight% based on the solid weight of the positive electrode composition for the lithium ion battery, the weight percentage of the conductive additive is 1 to 5 weight% based on the solid weight of the positive electrode composition for the lithium ion battery, and the weight percentage of the dispersant is 2 to 20 weight% based on the weight of the conductive aid.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】導電助剤分散性能と耐電位性を併せ持つ分散剤を含み、セル性能(電気抵抗値、クーロン効率、容量維持率)の優れたリチウムイオン電池用正極を得られるリチウムイオン電池用正極組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】正極活物質、バインダー樹脂、導電助剤及び分散剤を含むリチウムイオン電池用正極組成物であって、前記分散剤が、不飽和脂肪酸(a1)、ジカルボン酸(a2)及びポリエーテルアミン(a3)を必須構成単量体とする縮合重合体であり、前記分散剤の重量平均分子量が、2,500~10,000であり、前記正極活物質の重量割合が、前記リチウムイオン電池用正極組成物の固形分重量を基準として78~97重量%であり、前記バインダー樹脂の重量割合が、前記リチウムイオン電池用正極組成物の固形分重量を基準として1~20重量%であり、前記導電助剤の重量割合が、前記リチウムイオン電池用正極組成物の固形分重量を基準として1~5重量%であり、前記分散剤の重量割合が、前記導電助剤の重量を基準として2~20重量%であることを特徴とするリチウムイオン電池用正極組成物。【選択図】 なし |
