To provide a refrigerator door improved in rigidity, and a refrigerator.SOLUTION: A refrigerator door includes a front plate constituting a front side surface of a door provided in an opening on a front side of a storage room, an inside member constituting a rear side surface of the door, a foam heat insulating material filled between the front plate and the inside member, and a reinforcement plate attached to the inside member in the inside of the door.
