To enable maintenance of a vehicle to be performed promptly when the maintenance of the vehicle that can be mounted with an automatic driving system is requested.SOLUTION: A VCIB executes a process which includes: a step (S100) of obtaining various kinds of requests from systems; a step (S102) of determining whether there is a request at occurrence of an abnormality or not; and a step (S104) of transmitting the obtained requests to an ADS and executing display control, when it is determined that there is the request at occurrence of an abnormality (YES in the S102).
