To accurately, clearly and objectively evaluate the quality of Xihuang capsules.SOLUTION: A fingerprint spectrum construction method for Xihuang capsules and a fingerprint spectrum are disclosed which include: a step S1 of collecting contents of a Xihuang capsule, adding a methanol-chloroform-phosphoric acid solution, and carrying out ultrasonic extraction to obtain a Xihuang capsule test solution; a step S2 of dissolving cholic acid, hyodeoxycholic acid, deoxycholic acid, bilirubin, muscone, and myrrhone in ethanol to obtain a mixed standard solution 1; dissolving bitter lignan, 11-carbonyloxy-β-boswellic acid, 11-carbonyloxy-β-acetylboswellic acid, acetyl-11α-methoxy-β-boswellic acid, and sandaracopimaric acid in methanol to obtain a mixed standard solution 2; a step S3 of carrying out respective chromatogram analyses of the Xihuang capsule test solution and the mixed standard solutions 1 and 2, and recording corresponding chromatograms; and a step S4 of constructing a fingerprint spectrum of the Xihuang capsule according to the chromatogram of the Xihuang capsule test solution and the chromatograms of the mixed standard solutions 1 and 2.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】西黄カプセルの品質を正確、明確、客観的に評価する。【解決手段】本発明は、Ｓ１、西黄カプセルの内容物を採取し、メタノール－クロロホルム－リン酸溶液を加え、超音波で抽出し、西黄カプセルの試験液を得る工程と、Ｓ２、胆汁酸、ブタデオキシコール酸、デオキシコール酸、ビリルビン、麝香ケトンおよび没薬ケトン（Ｍｙｒｒｈｏｎｅ）をエタノールに溶解して混合標準液１を得、苦味リグナン、１１－カルボニルオキシ－β－ボスウエル酸、１１－カルボニルオキシ－β－アセチルボスウエル酸、アセチル－１１α－メトキシ－β－ボスウエル酸およびサンダラコピマール酸をメタノールに溶解して混合標準液２を得る工程と、Ｓ３、西黄カプセル試験液、混合標準液１および２をそれぞれクロマトグラム分析し、対応のクロマトグラムを記録する工程と、Ｓ４、西黄カプセル試験液のクロマトグラム、および混合標準液１と混合標準液２のクロマトグラムに基づいて、西黄カプセルの指紋スペクトルを構築する工程と、を含む西黄カプセルの指紋スペクトルの構築方法および指紋スペクトルを開示する。【選択図】なし
