Zusammenfassung:To provide a rotor balance adjustment method that can reduce an assembly defect when manufacturing a motor.SOLUTION: A rotor balance adjustment method according to the present disclosure includes a laminated steel plate 11 in which disc-shaped steel plates are laminated, and disc-shaped end plates 13 provided at both ends of the laminated steel plate 11 in the lamination direction.
