To provide a gutter structure to which a cover member is attached in which clogging of a gutter due to fallen leaves, etc., is prevented and rainwater is reliably introduced into an inner gutter, etc. regardless of a slope, etc. by a cover member attached to an eaves gutter or an inner gutter of a building.SOLUTION: In a gutter structure to which a cover member 1 is attached, the cover member 1 comprises a substantially flat cover portion 11 and mounting portions 12, 13 to a gutter 1 at at least one end thereof. The cover portion 11 has: a plurality of guide portions 112 which are continuous from a front surface side flat portion to a back surface side and whose shape in plan view is a horizontally elongated shape with opposing upper end corners on left and right sides of a rectangle formed into an arc shape, and an opening portion 113 formed only at a downstream end of the guide portion 112.
