Zusammenfassung:	To provide an inhibitor for inhibiting moisture keeping function reduction caused by saccharization, by finding a component comprising action for inhibiting reduction of moisture keeping caused by saccharization or component comprising action for inhibiting reduction of skin function caused by saccharization, out of natural product derived components having high safety property, and including the component as an active ingredient, an inhibitor for inhibiting reduction of skin function caused by saccharization, and a skin cosmetic and food/drink in which the natural product derived component is blended.SOLUTION: As an active ingredient included in an inhibitor for inhibiting reduction of moisture keeping caused by saccharization, and an inhibitor for inhibiting reduction of skin function caused by saccharization, a wild thyme extract is used.
