Zusammenfassung:To provide an apparatus for a wireless device that is protected from radio frequency irradiation (RFI) and electromagnetic interference (EMI).SOLUTION: In a molded substrate 10600, an apparatus for a wireless device includes: at least one antenna 10616; and a transceiver circuit (die) 10606 that processes a radio frequency (RF) signal received by the at least one antenna, in which the at least one antenna and the transceiver circuit are located on opposite sides of a substrate 10601.
