To provide an air conditioning system, an air cleaning attachment, and an air conditioner that allow a user to selectively switch the presence or absence of an air cleaning function of the air conditioner.SOLUTION: An air conditioning system comprises an air conditioner and an air cleaning attachment attachable/detachable to/from the air conditioner. The air conditioner comprises a fan, and a main body housing the fan, and in which a first air filter is attachable/detachable to/from an air intake path of the fan.
