To provide an attachment part of a gripping member for a vehicle, which can improve designability.SOLUTION: An attachment part 1 is used to attach an assist grip 3 to a body 5. The assist grip 3, which is arranged on the cabin inside of at least a first member 10 of the first and second members 10 and 20 arranged adjacently to each other, comprises a gripping part 30 capable of being gripped by an occupant. The body 5 is arranged on the cabin outside of the second member 20. An opening 13 opened in the internal and external directions of the cabin is formed in at least one of the first and second members 10 and 20.
