Zusammenfassung: | To provide a damper device in a multiple, especially two-stage polymerized powder and granular material feeder, in which operation of a pivotal valve plate in each casing is interlocked by a single drive source to solve the problem that maintenance and operation become complicated because a drive source for a pivotal valve body for opening and closing a chute discharge port in each casing is separately provided in each casing.SOLUTION: A damper device in a powder feeder has a casing with an opening formed on each of an upper surface and a lower surface, has casings stacked in a plurality of stages in a vertical direction, and is provided with a shaft penetrating inside in the vicinity of the upper surface of each of the casings, is equipped with a chute in an upper opening for allowing a powder and particular material to fall under its own weight, and has a pivotal valve plate attached to the shaft for opening and closing a discharge port of the chute, the pivotal valve plate being opened and closed by rotation of the shaft by a drive source provided outside of the casing. The drive source is single, linearly moving means for opening and closing the pivotal valve plate in each of the casings.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 従来、複数、特に二段重合した粉粒体フィーダにおけるダンパー装置にあって、各々のケーシング内でシュートの排出口を開閉する枢動弁体の駆動源は各々のケーシングに別個に設けられており、メンテナンスや操作が煩雑となり、これを単一の駆動源によって各々のケーシング内の枢動弁板の動作を連動させる装置はなかったという点である。【解決手段】 上面及び下面に各々開口を形成したケーシングを有し、そのケーシングを上下方向に複数段重合し、前記各ケーシングの上面近傍内部にシャフトを貫通して備え、前記上面開口に粉粒体の自重落下用のシュートを備え、そのシュートの排出口を開閉する枢動弁板を前記シャフトに取り付けてあり、その枢動弁板の開閉はケーシング外に設けた駆動源によるシャフトの回転によってなされる粉粒体フィーダにおけるダンパー装置であって、前記駆動源は各々のケーシング内の枢動弁板を開閉する単一の、直線動をする手段であることとする。【選択図】 図1 |
