Zusammenfassung:	To provide a soundproof structure that can improve performance of sound isolation from upper and lower neighboring dwelling units.SOLUTION: According to an aspect of the present invention, a soundproof structure is provided. The soundproof structure has a frame, a ceiling, walls, and a floor. The frame supports the ceiling and the floor. The ceiling is positioned downward of the frame. The walls are vertically installed between the ceiling and the floor and are supported by the ceiling and the floor.
