INJECTION CHEMICAL TRANSFER SYSTEM

To eliminate a work of manually supplying a chemical liquid to a chemical tank that stores a chemical liquid of an injection material to be injected into the ground.SOLUTION: An injection chemical transfer system comprises: chemical liquid tanks 1a, 1b supplying a chemical liquid constituting an injection material; chemical liquid storage containers 3a, 3b; transfer pumps 5a, 5b transferring the chemical liquid from the chemical liquid storage containers 3a, 3b to the chemical liquid tanks 1a, 1b; and a transfer pump control device 6 in which the lower limit liquid volume value and the upper limit liquid volume value of the chemical liquid tanks 1a, 1b are set and stored and which controls start and stop of operation of the transfer pumps 5a, 5b. The transfer pump control device 6 controls the transfer pumps 5a, 5b to start operation in response to reaching the lower limit liquid volume value of a liquid volume value input from a liquid volume sensor 23 installed in the chemical liquid tanks 1a, 1b, and controls the operating transfer pumps 5a, 5b to stop operation in response to reaching the upper limit liquid volume value of the input liquid volume value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】地山に注入する注入材の薬液を貯留する薬液タンクに人力で薬液を供給する作業を無くす。【解決手段】注入材を構成する薬液を供給する薬液タンク１ａ、１ｂと、薬液貯留コンテナ３ａ、３ｂと、薬液貯留コンテナ３ａ、３ｂから薬液タンク１ａ、１ｂに薬液を移送する移送ポンプ５ａ、５ｂと、薬液タンク１ａ、１ｂの下限液量値と上限液量値が設定記憶され、移送ポンプ５ａ、５ｂの運転開始と運転停止を制御する移送ポンプ制御装置６を備え、移送ポンプ制御装置６が、薬液タンク１ａ、１ｂに設置される液量センサ２３から入力される液量値の下限液量値への到達に応じて、移送ポンプ５ａ、５ｂが運転開始するように制御し、入力される液量値の上限液量値への到達に応じて、運転状態の移送ポンプ５ａ、５ｂが運転停止するように制御する注入薬液移送システム。【選択図】図６
