Zusammenfassung:To provide an electric driving device configured so that heat dissipation of a wiring member electrically connected with an electric motor and an inverter can be improved and the electric motor and the inverter can be suppressed from thermally interfering with each other.SOLUTION: An electric driving device is provided with an electric motor, a speed reducer, fixed to the electric motor, which reduces a speed of rotation of the electric motor and outputs the rotation, an inverter that converts electric power to be supplied to the electric motor, and a wiring part having a wiring member electrically connected with the electric motor and the inverter.
